Fitch Jean is an award-winning filmmaker, storyteller, and creative visionary whose work explores humanity, resilience, and connection. Born in Haiti and raised in Montreal, Fitch’s passion for storytelling began at age 11 when he started writing short stories inspired by his vibrant cultural roots. Over time, his love for narrative evolved into a career behind the camera—culminating in his most recent short film, which won Best Film at the Birmingham Film Festival.
A master of visual storytelling and leadership through collaboration, Fitch believes that great stories—and great leaders—start with trust and humility. His approach bridges art and purpose, inspiring teams and audiences alike to see storytelling as a universal language of connection and empowerment.
